Payments are processed securely via Pypal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, bank transfer (for EU customers only).
 
 
Packaging
 
Our jewelry comes nicely wrapped. If it is a gift we will be happy to add a note from your part. Just leave us a message while checkout.
 
Shipping
 
We usually ship within 1-3 days after payment received.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an automatic email notification, so you know it is on its way to you. We ship with registered airmail with a tracking number and signature of recipient is required upon delivery. 2-7 days after the package was sent, you can usually follow it on your local post website.
If you are not at home at the moment of delivery, the parcel will wait for you at the post office during 2 weeks and then will be shipped back to sender. The re-shipment is for buyer' charge.
 
Shipping time: Belgium 1-2 days; Europe 3-10 days; USA 8-15 days, Canada, Australia 9-20 days. These are approximate shipping time. The postal service is reliable, but delays are still possible and they are out of our control.
 
If you make a mistake in your shipping address, the package will retourn back to us. Re-shipment is for buyer’s charge.

Customs duties charged for importing goods are the buyer's responsibility.


Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the items. The items must be in unworn and unused condition. Buyer pays for return shipping. We will refund your money for the order except shipping fee.
Please, note, no returns accepted for custom orders.

For custom orders: please email us to discuss the details. We always send a photo of a pre-finished product for approval before final assembling. No returns accepted for custom orders.
I can adjust the item according to your wishes: change the color, adjust the length etc. Just leave us a note while checkout with your preferences.
When it comes to the earrings, we can always replace the brass/bronze ear wires to the sterling silver ones. The most of our earrings listings have this option and you can choose it before putting items to the cart.
